NCB achieves ISO 9001

To enable NCB to operate as an accredited independent conformity assessment body we are audited to a range of standards. In addition to the usual standards requiring us to demonstrate specific competencies, knowledge and rail industry expertise, NCB has chosen to be assessed by the British Standards Institute (BSI) to the international standard for quality management – ISO 9001.

ISO 9001 covers all NCB’s customers, with a focus on those areas of customer satisfaction not already covered by our accreditation standards.
