Integrated Management System
Network Certification Body Limited (NCB) is certified by BSI to BS EN ISO 9001: 2015, BS EN ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 for the provision of conformity assessment and training services to the rail industry.
Our integrated management system (IMS) has built in checks and balances to demonstrate that project and client requirements are identified and met. These include project reviews, improvement tools, KPIs, feedback mechanisms and internal audits all fed through to our Board of Directors and reviewed regularly by the Certification Advisory Committee.
We have robust processes in place to keep up to date with changes to TSIs and standards through our involvement with the Department for Transport, ORR, RSSB, British, European and International standards bodies. Any changes are built into our assessment processes and communicated to NCB assessors. NCB supports development of the European conformity assessment industry through providing experts for the European NB Rail and UK NoBo forums.
