Quality Management System
Our quality management system (QMS) has built in checks and balances to demonstrate that project and client requirements are identified and met. These include project reviews, feedback mechanisms and internal audits all fed through to our Board of Directors. We have robust processes in place to keep up to date with changes to TSIs and standards through our involvement with the Department for Transport, ORR, RSSB and British and International standards bodies. Any changes are built into our assessment processes and communicated to NCB assessors.NCB supports development of the European conformity assessment industry through providing experts for the European NB Rail and UK NoBo forums.
